🕒 The 10 Magic Days Rule

You have 10 days after receiving your order to tell us: "Hello, I want to return this item!" Yes, it's that simple.

🧶 The conditions for a perfect return

For your return to be accepted (and for us to dance with joy when we receive it):

  • The item must be in a beautiful, clean, like new condition. Not worn, not used.
  • The labels still need to be hung.
  • And there you have it, all in its original packaging.

🔖 Don't forget! Attach your receipt or proof of purchase so we can quickly identify everything.

💔 Small problem with your order?

Your item arrived broken, damaged or it's not what you ordered? Don't panic!
Contact us immediately at fenicrochet@gmail.com , and we will find a solution together.

🚫 Exceptions (sniff)

Some things cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or special order items.
  • Products marked "non-returnable" in the description.
  • Sale items and gift cards (sorry, but that's the name of the game).

The fastest way: return the original item and order what you want directly. It's a win-win!

💸 Refunds (or return of funds)

Once your return is received and inspected (with love), we will let you know if everything is ok. If so, we will trigger the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days . 🎉
Please note : Banks sometimes take a little time to display the refund, so be patient... But if more than 15 days pass, write to us at fenicrochet@gmail.com .
